This video demonstrates intraoperative monitoring of the lower cranial nerves using the Rivarp NervENT 8-channel EMG system during tumor removal at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Department of Head & Neck Surgery. Despite midline vocal-cord immobility, partial residual innervation was confirmed, guiding an ansa cervicalis reinnervation grafting procedure.
