This video presents the use of the NCC Smart IONM 8-channel intraoperative monitoring system during removal of an acoustic neuroma at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade, Serbia. The NCC Smart IONM, developed by NCC Electrophysiology Shanghai, demonstrates both triggered and passive EMG functionality for cranial nerve monitoring. It is a compact, portable version of the advanced Cynapse platform, expected to receive EC certification by late 2025.
